An Inside Look at Lightning Bask etball To Open Basketball ower Season a att ACC P Po After finishing the best season in men’s basketball history at Lehman College, the Lightning is ready to kick off the 20042005 season with an exhibition game against the University of Virginia Cavaliers, a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). Last season, the Lightning earned a 22-7 record, winning the CUNYAC championship and advancing to the Division III NCAA tournament for the first time in school history. They are ready to defend their title with a host of returning players and many new faces to complete the squad.
