We all have our own style of how we approach tasks, relationships and the leadership process. This workshop consists of a simple self-assessment to find out if your style of leadership is Direct, Spirited, Considerate, or Systematic. Great opportunity to help students who want to discover what their leadership style is and what situations it might be most effective. Facilitated by Jim Hermelbracht from the Office of Student Activities. Register for this workshop! Monday, April 24 Leadershop: Inclusive Leadership Topic: Diversity and inclusion 11:30 am – Disco Room, Library (lunch provided) This session explores the principles, skills and benefits behind this style of leading and working with others. It is a style of leadership that truly encourages one to embrace their cultural identities while at

the same time learning/realizing those of others. It is through this cultural self-awareness that one realizes the importance of including others entirely into the leadership process, and thus, making leadership more effective. Facilitated by Jim Hermelbracht from the Office of Student Activities. Register for this workshop!
