Come one, come all! Saturday, December 13th is the Winter Carnival! (Typo in November Newsletter stated the 6th) The doors open at 12:45pm. Performances will be as follows: Care Bears at 1:30pm

Jellybeans at 2:00pm

Bake Sale: Be prepared to buy some yummy homemade treats! Holiday Store: Bring some cash to buy some early Christmas presents.

BAKE SALE
Raffle Prizes: Buy tickets for a chance to win some wonderful prizes. Pictures with Santa: Children can come to see Santa and take a picture. Workshop: Children get to make a holiday craft and take it home. Everyone is invited to stop by and join us. If your child is performing, please have your child here at least 5 minutes before the time of their performance. The parking can be very tricky that day, so plan to come a little early. The children will gather in the Cub room and the performances will be in the Jellybean room. Hope to see you there!
Cookies! Cakes! Cupcakes! Popcorn Balls! Breads! Brittle! Fudge! Jelly! ALL KINDS of treat and goodies are NEEDED for our Bake Sale at the Winter Carnival. Please bring your goodies on Thursday, Dec. 11th, Friday, Dec. 12th, or between 11:00am and 1:00pm on Saturday. Even if you do not plan to attend the Carnival we would love for you to bring in some goodies for our sale. Thanks!!!
REMINDERS! We ask that all accounts be paid in full by Tuesday, Dec. 30th. We will start printing out the 2014 tax statements at the end of the year and will have them ready for you to pick up in the office starting January 5th 2015. If you have further questions, please talk to Carol or Amy. If your child is not attending Apple Tree for the day, please give us a call to let us know. If you know in advance, you can write it down the Weekly Notes Sheet located in the room.
Checking It Twice
GIVING TREE Get ready for the Giving Tree! The items we collect will go to the Foster Program through DSS. We work with so many foster families; we like to take this opportunity to help out. We will put it up after Thanksgiving and have it available until a few days before Christmas. Look for more information to come.

Tom finally gathered some feathers this year! He wasn’t near as big as he was last year, but we managed to collect quite a bit food. Last year we collected 308 pounds of food, this year we collected 143 pounds. Thank you for bringing in food for Tom and the Food Pantry! HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Ducklings
