he Rock Athletic Club (RAC) assists in providing student-athletes at Slippery Rock University with the finest scholastic and athletic resources in the region. Your ongoing membership plays a vital role in helping hundreds of student-athletes earn their degree from SRU. Funds garnered through your membership go directly to providing scholarships and operational support for our student-athletes to achieve academic and athletic excellence.

That tradition is upheld by the private financial support that enhances our athletic programs. The return on your investment in Rock Athletics is realized through winning championships, record numbers of PSAC Scholar-Athletes, graduating studentathletes, and most importantly a commitment to excellence.
Matching Gifts: The Rock Athletic Club has qualified for the matching gift programs of a large number of companies. If your company or your spouse’s is a participant, you will receive credit in the RAC for both contributions, thus doubling or even tripling your gift’s impact. Contact your employer’s personnel office for complete information on your matching gifts program.

*Planned Gifts: You can make a substantial contribution to the Rock Athletic Club through the President’s Society by making a gift of $30,000 payable over a 5 year period or less. With this gift, members receive: • Fully endowed named scholarship. • For 5 years from the first payment, members receive full Coaches Division benefits. • Members will have a plaque of appreciation permanently mounted in the Gail Rose Lodge and Morrow Field House.
