Organisation and Monitoring AXA International Management Charter The AXA International Management Charter is a specifically designed set of rules and processes that apply within the AXA Corporate Solutions International Network. It ensures a consistent approach in the long-term and best practices encompassing policy management, claims handling and accounting.
International Network Management Team This dedicated team of Network Managers located in the various AXA Corporate Solutions’ entities, is in permanent contact with all the Network partners. Their role is to manage the AXA Corporate Solutions International Network and ensure that it delivers the most efficient quality of service.
Internal Rating On an annual basis, AXA Corporate Solutions conducts a survey to assess and confirm the quality of its International Network. Based on three main criteria (Servicing experience, Financial result and Country risk), rating results are key elements for monitoring the International Network.
AXA DICE, a unique communication tool A unique and specifically designed communication tool, AXA DICE has been developed to ensure smooth and efficient communication within the AXA Corporate Solutions International Network on both policy and claims aspects.

Local coverage is issued and managed by dedicated local teams with in-depth knowledge of their countries’ insurance market practices and regulations. AXA Corporate Solutions also ensures that local reinsurance licences’ needs and taxation constraints are complied with.
With its International Network in more than 100 countries, AXA Corporate Solutions offers commercial lines coverage solutions to its corporate clients. Upon specific needs, additional solutions in yet unlisted countries can also be considered.

The “Rendez-vous Internationaux” is a meeting organised once a year where AXA Corporate Solutions’ clients and brokers can meet with International Network partners and share information about the insurance market environment in specific countries or lines of business. The “Network Bulletins” are synthetic publications providing a focus on a specific insurance topic concerning a country or an activity.
