Step 1 — Remove the caps on the headband 

Use a spudger or prying tool to remove the cap on both sides of the headband by applying pressure where the cap meets the band. Next, you will need a Phillips head #00 screwdriver to remove the screws and washer. Twist the screwdriver into the screw and pull it apart from the washer when it becomes loose.

Begin by pulling the two parts of the headband away from each other slowly and make sure not to break any wires. The wires will now slide free of the headband.

Step 2 — Separate the ear cuff from the headband.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order. This document was last generated on 2017-06-17 12:03:53 PM.
