Dear Parents/Carers SCHOOL CHRISTMAS DINNER - Thursday 17th December
If you would like your child to have a Christmas dinner this year, please book it by completing the form below and return it to the school office in a named envelope together with £2.30 by FRIDAY 4th DECEMBER AT THE LATEST. Please Note: It is imperative that a lunch is booked for your child by the above date as Coombeshead Academy will order enough fresh food depending on the numbers we give them. There will be no alternative school dinner (E.G. Pasta/ Jacket Potato) on offer, therefore if your child chooses not to have a Christmas Dinner, he/she must bring a packed lunch to school.
