CAUTION: Spring will shoot out of bore during retainer clip removal. A flat-blade screwdriver can be CAUTION used to hold spring while removing retainer clip.
1. Disassembly a. Remove OE retainer clip, set aside for reuse. b. Remove and discard OE spring and valve.

2. Bore Reaming Ream TCC regulator bore (for reaming instructions/ reamer care, please visit www.sonnax.com). Sonnax reaming tool kit F-92835-TL37 and VB-FIX are required for this operation. 3. Installation & Assembly a. Ensure all debris has been cleaned from valve bore and body.

b. Install Sonnax valve, followed by Sonnax spring. c. Compress spring to facilitate reinstallation of OE retainer clip.
