The new year has brought new energy. Enquiry levels are nothing short of fever pitch, attendance at inspections likewise (we had 37 groups at just one inspection on Saturday alone) and there have already been a number of eyebrow-raising sales. There may well be some balance as more properties hit the market in coming weeks but there is no doubt that buyers are in the market in numbers and acting with great intent. We have a great selection of Summer properties and expect them all to sell well. Now is the time to get moving if the plan is to sell during the traditionally active period ahead of Easter. Investment news... Although the market noticeably slowed a little earlier than we have come to expect in December, the enquiries have jumped back to life and we have returned our vacancy rates to the lows we strive for. The portfolio under our care now numbers over 1700 with less than 12 vacant at time of printing. Proudly at .7%, this is well less than half the 2% industry-quoted figure on the real estate institutes website. So, good news all ‘round and we wish you a great year ahead.
