Meet our Team: Carlos Wissar, FAB Maintenance Superintendent Carlos Wissar started with Cargill in 1994 as a FAB Mechanic. He also worked in Kill maintenance before moving to Rendering Maintenance as General Foreman in 2006. After that, Carlos was General Foreman of the Capital projects Crew and is now the FAB Maintenance Superintendent. Carlos grew up in Syracuse, KS. He married his wife Adriana in 1995 and they have 4 children: Haley, 23; Mariah, 16; Marissa, 15 and Marcus, 8. Carlos enjoys family time, whether it is softball, riding horses, playing basketball, fishing, riding motorcycles, he enjoys staying active. He also enjoys watching his kids play volleyball and basketball, as well as all of their other School activities. The family takes a summer vacation each year, usually to Colorado. His favorite vacation with Adriana was to Cancun to enjoy the white sands.

Ibtizam Ismail and Fathia Yousuf, welcomed a baby boy, Ibtizam Ismail on 4/23/2015. Baby Ibtizam was 6lbs 4oz and 20 inches long.
