Health & Safety - Competitors and spectators attending this show do so at their own risk, and must abide by the WCEG and DW Health & Safety rules, please ensure you read these, they can be found on the EE website along with the Disclaimer and also at www.horses.net.nz. Class Rules - All classes run under ESNZ rules, horses DO NOT have to be registered for ungraded classes. All riders have to be registered as a community member (free) or be a financial member of ESNZ. DNZ T&D levy – This is paid to Dressage New Zealand (for the Training & Development of NZ Riders - $3.00 per test – included in your per test fee). The committee reserves the right to - alter and/or cancel the programme or prizes if necessary within ESNZ rules. Bridle & Saddle blanket numbers - Both ESNZ bridle numbers must be used (if you have them), if you do not have bridle numbers you are required to use our saddle blanket numbers – this also applies to warming up, these can be collected from the office – your $5.00 saddle blanket fee must be paid with entry – fee is refunded once return to the office Commanding of Tests - All Tests may be commanded, other than Classes 19 -22 inclusive Objections - All objections must be lodged with the event secretary in writing within 30 minutes of the completion of the class with a $50 fee. Yards – First in first served basis – please ensure you leave your yard tidy – any damage must be reported to the office Rosettes - 1st-6th rosettes - these will be available for collection from the office 30 minutes after final posted score. Pony riders (under 17 years) placed 1st-4th (from pony entries) in classes 1-8 will be awarded rosettes. Amateur Riders placed 1st-4th (from Amateur entries) in Classes 9-14 will be awarded rosettes (Amateur riders must not have Dressage points 2 levels above the level they are competing at) Scratchings - Must be notified by phone (before 9pm) prior to the event. During the event, see Tina in the office or phone 021 778 503. Refunds will be given at the discretion of Organising Committee, requests must be in writing on our official form (available from Tina or on www.dressagewaikato.co.nz), within 7 days of event with a Vet., Doctors Certificate or Farriers Certificate. Dogs - Must be kept on a lead at all times (this is a WCEG rule & Hamilton City Council bylaw), & away from arenas, warm up areas, the office & scoreboards. Horses on Grounds - All horses on the grounds must be competing. Test Sheets - Stamp addressed envelopes will be available from the office for tests to be sent out (cost $1.00) Weather - The show will go ahead rain or shine. Overnight Yarding – If you would like to stay overnight on Friday there is a charge of $10.00 per horse, if riding on the grounds on Friday there is a $20.00 ground fee for non WCEG member, you MUST arrange both riding and yarding in advance to Kara Lockhart 07-8496328 or 0274-834328 and abide by the texting rule which is displayed on the sign as you come in the truck/float carpark gate. Stallions – Riders to advise organisers of stallions entry, requirements & must comply with the ESNZ article 147.
