DELTA SIGMA PI ALPHA ETA SPRING ALUMNI NEWSLETTER
Alpha Eta's Events from January! Right away after winter break, the Alpha Eta Chapter started gearing up for recruitment. We had many events to show potential new members what Delta Sigma Pi is all about. Some of these events included: an alumni professional speaker, tie blanket community service, a pizza and game night, and Delta Sigma Pi doughnuts. After all the information nights and interviews, the Alpha Eta Chapter has 17 student pledges and 3 faculty pledges. The pledging ceremony was held on January 31st, 2018 and initiation is April 8th. The Alpha Eta Chapter recently had a social held in Sioux City, Iowa on February 2nd, 2018. The Alpha Eta chapter met up with the chapter from Wayne State to go out for dinner and tubing! Everyone who came had a great time meeting other members of Delta Sigma Pi from another school. Everyone had too much fun tubing in the snow! The Alpha Eta Chapter is glad to have another Delta Sigma Pi chapter near to share experiences and ideas with! We hope to have another combined social with our new friends at Wayne State soon!
