1 cup organic milk kefir or coconut kefir ½ avocado 1 Tbsp. raw cacoa 1 banana 1 organic collard green leaf 5 – 10 ice cubes ½ cup distilled or filtered water (amount depends on desired consistency) 2 – 4 drops Stevia (optional)
Directions
1. In a high-‐powered blender, add all ingredients except Stevia together and blend. 2. Taste and adjust for desired sweetness by adding 2-‐4 drops of Stevia.
Tips ü ü ü ü
If you are avoiding all sugar, you can omit the banana and add more Stevia. You could also add raw nuts, nut butter or other fruit such as apple or pears. Coconut milk kefir is a great option if you are dairy-‐free. Purchase organic and raw milk kefir if possible.
