The Answer – and Why it’s a Win-Win Emerging Leaders Academy – Out-of-Season Play (JTT) Paired with Leadership Training The Emerging Leader Academy is a 2-part leadership initiative for high school tennis players – 1. empowering participants to form off-season play through USTA Junior Team Tennis 2. while developing leadership skills through guided learning pods, discussions and a project.
Leadership Pods The Key - Using a Variety of Methods to instill Leadership • Live Discussions with area leaders on topics such Social Media Responsibility, Community Organizing 101 • Ted Talks Leadership Series with leaders like General Stanley McChrystal, Sheryl Sandberg, Acclaimed College Coaches • Culminating Project
