Special Conditions a) To start all riders must have current ESNZ membership. Introductory Membership available for riders in classes 8 &9. Unregistered Horses in classes 5 to 9 may start on a casual ESNZ Equine Registration, plus an Eventing Flexi Start for classes 5-7. b) Amateur Classes i. Age - From the first day of the season which you reach 22 years ii.May NOT have been part of Senior Representative Team (TranTasman/Oceania, WEG. Olympics) iii. May NOT have gained a MER at CNC3* in previous 5 seasons or CNC2* in previous 3 seasons c) Draw available on ESNZ website on Wednesday 22nd d) No unauthorised motorbikes on the grounds e) Food and farrier available on grounds f) No person under the age of 18 may consume alcohol on the Rotorua A&P Association grounds. g) Dogs to be on a lead at all times. No dogs allowed on Ngati Whakaue Land. Fine/Elimination if these rules not adhered to. h) Committee reserves the right to alter the programme and prize money, and to substitute prize money with goods to the value of, at their discretion – Article 611 i) No Non competition horses on the grounds at any time j) As a condition of entry all local BOP riders must supply a helper prior to or during the event. k) All classes part of ESNZ Eventing National Series Competitions. l) All classes run under FEI and ESNZ Eventing Rules m) Article 610 – DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY Neither the Organiser of any event to which these rules apply nor the NF nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to Horses, owners, Athletes, spectators, land, vehicles, their contents and accessories or any other personal property whatsoever whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract, or in any other way whatsoever. Timetable Saturday All Dressage & Show jumping, Sunday All Cross Country Camping Yards $20 per horse, limited stallion yards $40 per horse, camping $20 per vehicle/float for event duration. To be paid with entries. All Yards are to be left in a clean tidy condition. If your yard is left dirty you will be fined $50 and your name will be made public Under NO Circumstances is Dung or Hay to be put over the fence into the River Reserve. This will compromise the future use of the grounds. The council has imposed a $10,000.00 fine for this offence.
