Additional Fees: ● Online entry fee $3.25 per entry. ● Ground Fee $15, if you are a member please select the Ground Fee Discount. ● Camping on grounds (hot showers available) $10 per duration/truck. ● Powered camping sites $25 per night. ● Open yards $10 per night or $20/duration. ● Covered yards and stables $20 per night or $40/duration. Duration of the event for the purpose of camping/yards/stables is from mid-day Friday 22nd June until Sunday morning. Special Conditions: a) All riders must provide assistance details (eg. fence judges, writers, working bees) in the google spreadsheet that will be emailed to you, this is a condition of entry. b) Late entries will incur $20 late fee from the date of closing, and will not be entitled to refunds. c) Entries to be made online at www.equestrianentries.co.nz. d) Membership requirements for Express Eventing – Full Members, Introductory Members or Casual Membership is available for $10 per person. e) Please supply a current email address for draw, yarding and event information. Event entry status, draw, yarding and live results also available at www.equestrianentries.co.nz. f) Payment of all fees must have been received by closing of entries, or you will not appear in the draw. g) Payments can be made by Direct Credit to 03 0855 0371245 00 - use your name, the event name and date for identification. Alternatively Paypal and POLi are available at time of entry. No Cheques accepted. h) This event is run under ESNZ General Regulations, ESNZ Eventing Rules and ESNZ Eventing Express Event Guidelines. i) Scratchings as per Art 646. Requests for a refund to be made in writing within 7 days of the event. j) Dogs must be on a leash or under control at all times. k) Prizes are subject to Eventing Canterbury acquiring sponsorship. l) Back number holders are required for all levels and can be pre-ordered from the Event Secretary $37.00). q) Article 610 - Disclaimer of Liability. My Dress and Saddlery meet the requirements in the “ESNZ Eventing Rules” pertaining to the Cross Country test for the jumping tests of this Event. I am an ESNZ Member (either Full or Introductory Member or Casual Member) I understand there are no Veterinary Services on site today and only low-level first aid services present. I understand the inherent risks of equestrian activities, in particular riding over XC fences. I understand that the rules around horse welfare, abuse of the horse and dangerous riding apply to Introductory Events as well as Registered Competitions. I respect that members of the Organising Committee overseeing this Introductory Event have the right to ask me to stop/leave the premises. I will wear my own medical armband. I will remove my horses manure and any rubbish/hay before leaving.
