- Strictly NO DOGS on grounds, riders will be ELIMINATED. Strictly NO grazing on Polo fields or instant ELIMINATION. - Payments made by direct credit to bank account number 03 07260487663 00 please use riders name to identify yourself. Payments must be shown in bank account Friday 9th February, or will be deemed late and not put into draw until payment made. - Entry status - The draw / yard and finally the 'live results' are available to view on www.equestrianentries.co.nz. Draw and Yarding will also be emailed to you by 14.2.17. - Yards allocated to paid entries and competing horses only. - The organisers are making you aware of the Public Liability rule Article 610 - Prize money will be paid out at the ratio of 1 in 5 as per ESNZ rules, rosettes 1st to 6th for all classes. - Refunds- 80% entry fee, all yarding up to 8.30pm Friday 16th February (Rule 646) - Refreshments will be on the grounds. - We will be awarding a Cross Country Style Prize. (Please see 10 min box for info.) - Make sure your next of kin and emergency details are current on your Rider Details on EE. Back number holders are required (available at most horse shops). - Prize giving, unmounted with times to be announced on the day. Prize money and refunds will be paid by DC, so make sure your details are current on EE. - Once a class is full or you are a late entry, you may be wait listed until a scratching occurs. The secretary will indicate after entries close whether a start is guaranteed or not. - All riders in the Central Districts area MUST provide the name and phone number of a helper for either pre event, during or post event help.
