Make Folded Corners without drawing pencil lines!
Folded Corners is a method of adding a triangle to a corner by using a square of fabric. The traditional method has 4 steps:
1. Draw pencil line
2. Sew along line
3. Trim seam allowance
4. Press open

The Folded Corner Clipper eliminates the need for drawing pencil lines. Trim the corner first to identify the sewing line!

Cut two strips, 1/2” wider than finished block. Place strips right sides together.

Folded Corner Clipper
Align edge of Folded Corner Clipper with left side. Trim.
Rotate template and repeat.
Press open
Trim Half-Square Triangle Blocks to size: Leftover HST Blocks can be trimmed to size after pressing open, but it is timeconsuming:

Trim 4 sides
Instead, before pressing, place bottom edge at desired size and align seam line with the FCC line. Trim dog-ear and left edge.

Align markings of FCC with lower right corner as shown. Trim.
