Fruit & Yogurt Smoothie

1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries 8 ounces low fat vanilla yogurt 3/4 cup low fat or skim milk Place fresh or frozen strawberries, yogurt and milk into blender. If using fresh strawberries, also add 3-4 ice cubes to blender. Cover blender and blend on high speed about one minute or until mixture is smooth. Turn off blender. Pour into two glasses and serve. For a special treat you can use other juices such as grape, passion fruit or cranberry. Healthful Hints: Try adding other fruits (and even vegetables) into your smoothies for a vitamin-packed, fiber-filled, high calcium snack kids love! Wash fresh berries just before using so they do not get mushy. Smoothies are delicious for breakfast, snacks and desserts!
