Participant registration: Please collect your badge at the registration area on 1st floor (Garden level), Faculty House, on Thursday, 25 September from 08:00 – 17:00. (coffee, tea and pastries will be served during morning registration)
Cocktail Networking Reception We will be organizing an evening cocktail networking reception for all participants at the end of event. We very much appreciate if you can stay throughout the day and attend the reception.

Requirements for Entry Into United States of America Visa and Passport The purpose of your intended travel and other facts will determine what type of visa is required under U.S. immigration law. As a visa applicant, you will need to establish that you meet all requirements to receive the category of visa for which you are applying. When you apply at a U.S embassy or consulate, a consular officer will determine based on laws, whether you are eligible to receive a visa, and if so, which visa category is appropriate. Passport valid for travel to the United States - Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your period of stay in the United States (unless exempt by country-specific agreements). If more than one person is included in your passport, each person who needs a visa must submit a separate application. Visa Application Citizens of Canada and Bermuda Citizens of Canada and Bermuda traveling to the United States do not require a nonimmigrant visa, except for the certain travel purposes. The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) allows citizens of participating countries to travel to the United States without a visa for stays of 90 days or less, when they meet all requirements needed. Travelers must be eligible to use the VWP and have a valid Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) approval prior to travel.
