PRODUCT INFORMATION APPLICATION: Well-suited for the transport and holding of heated foods that require insulation and supplemental heat to hold food temperatures. DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION: 14 gauge aluminum or 20 gauge stainless steel, insulated, double wall body and door construction with 14 gauge reinforced bottom framework. 270° door swing, hinged right, field reversible, with positive latch handle and gasket. THERMOSTAT RANGE HEATED HOLDING: 80°F - 185°F. ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS: 2000 watt heating unit, 120V, 60Hz, supplied with cordset having NEMA 5-20P 20 amp plug. Optional: 1400 watt having a NEMA 5-15P, 15 amp plug available. CASTER TYPE: 5” dia., heavy duty, swivel plate with wheel. Two casters supplied with brakes. LEDGE LOAD (MAX): 15 lbs. per ledge.

BID SPECIFICATIONS Provide (1) model __________ Heated Holding Cabinet, Insulated. Construction shall be insulated, die formed, double wall, corrosion resistant aluminum body and door with reinforced bottom framework. Provide with bottom mounted, removable, externally controlled, 2000 watt holding/ proofing unit having main ON-OFF switch, heat thermostat and digital thermometer. Cabinet shall have field reversible door with positive latching handle and gasket, 270° door swing, (4) corner bumpers and louvered air tunnel for even heat distribution. The ledge assemblies shall have vertical adjustment on 11⁄2” centers to accommodate various capacities and product heights. Provide with (4) 5” heavy duty swivel plate casters having neoprene wheels. (2) Casters shall have brakes. Must be UL listed and UL Sanitation classified.
