HFL Sports Boosters Meeting Minutes – May 4, 2015 Attendees: Sam Villanti, Michele Shone, Carol Bellavia, Brian Donohue, Stephanie Templeton Financial Review – Sam (in Matt’s absence): Waiting for invoice for work out station in the Wellness Center – this was approved quite a while ago Tax return will be filed by May 15th Funding Requests – no funding requests AD Report – Brian Donohue: see attached Chow Hut: New pizza warmer was purchased – Approved $1,200 Membership-Michele Membership for the 2014-15 school year is 127 families. Only 3 new families during the spring season Other Business There will be 3 open board positions as of the end of the summer – Vice President, Secretary and Membership. The Board is currently working on securing possible candidates for these positions. 2014-15 Meeting Dates - meetings are held on the 1st Monday of each month at 6:30pm in the HS Cafeteria June 1st Open 2014-15 Issues from the Punch List 2014-15 Goals: Increase SB membership from current levels to 80% of all athletic families Develop greater board participation through subcommittees such as membership, fundraising, PR, etc. Generate at least $28,000 through concession activities Generate at least $3,000 through merchandise sales. Also standardize the use of HFL athletic logos Plan and implement one significant capital campaign - possibly to rebuild Chow Hut building Utilize our website, signage and local media to promote the SB club to a broader audience

Winter All- Greater Rochester: o Matt Geraci, Indoor Track o James Baker, Boys Swim o Paul Tobin, Boys Swim o Tommy Eastman, 2nd Team Boys Basketball Unified Basketball season underway Girls Lacrosse to be featured on ‘Vision High School Sports Beat.” Jack McDonald- broke and set school record in pentathlon and 110 hurdles Noah Holtje- new school record in the Triple Jump- 43’ 5”
