HORIZONTAL HE “SINGLE SHOT” HARDENING INSTALLATION
The horizontal " single shot " induction hardening of axes, semi-axes, steering racks and similar parts allows the automatic big series heattreatment and simplifies its integration into the automatic manufacture lines. The " single shot " hardening allows the treatment of any geometric figure and the treated zone localization. In the HE equipments, the parts hardening is automatic under the automatic supervision by the means of the numeric control system of the treatment parameters that assures an accurate, repetitive and controlled quality. SR equipments can be fitted with load and unload devices, that allow insertion in any lines of automated manufacture.
HE horizontal hardening installation The basic installation consists on: An induction heating equipment: TRANSITHERMIC transistors generator, inductor and oscillator. A heating equipment cooling system. A hardening liquid cooling system. A numerical control system. A stars or an axe HE handing machine.
Multiple complementary devices extend the HE hardening installation fields of application, some of the most common are: Heating equipment for tempering. Variable turning speed. Centralized lubrication. Smokes and steams aspiration and treatment.
A manual or automatically load and unload system.
