An update with FSS tells you that the entire area is fogged in with intermittent light drizzle at the moment but they still expect clearing by 1000 local. “Charleston Executive airport automated weather observation at 1230Z wind calm, visibility ½ mile drizzle and fog, sky condition overcast at 200 temperature 21, dewpoint 21 altimeter 2998”.
