Dear Parent/Guardian REAL Learning Week 29 June to 3 July 2015 – Golf We are delighted to inform you that your child has chosen to take part in the “Golf” project during the REAL Learning Week. The cost of this project is £60 and students will receive coaching from a professional golf instructor as well as have the opportunity of playing on a variety of courses. We will be spending the entire week off site at various locations and have enclosed an itinerary for the week. Students are required to meet at Hampden Park station at 9am Monday to Wednesday as we will be based at Cooden Beach Golf Club and meet at Bay View Park, Pevensey Bay at 9.30am on Thursday and Friday. Every day, students will need to bring a packed lunch and plenty to drink as there are limited facilities to purchase food or drinks. If your child is entitled to Free School Meals a packed lunch can be provided, please indicate on the reply slip below. Students should wear layers of comfortable clothing, (jeans are not appropriate), and shoes with good grip. Depending on the weather, sun cream and waterproofs are advisable throughout the week. To confirm your agreement for your child to take part please complete the reply slip below and return it together with your payment to either reception before 8.30am or to the pay station during tutor time by Friday 19 June 2015.
