Instructions Subject: Extended Splash Panel Brackets CHANGE
These instructions are to be used to install the extended splash panel brackets on the S-250M.
TOOLS NEEDED •
Phillips Head Screwdriver
•
Drill
•
#29 Drill Bit
1. Using a phillips head screwdriver, remove the existing right & left splash panel screws and remove the splash panel. FIGURE 1
2. Using a phillips head screwdriver, remove the right & left splash panel bracket screws and brackets (FIGURE 1).
3. Locate the bottom 2 holes directly below where the brackets were removed in step 1 and drill through the foam front using a drill and a #29 drill bit (FIGURE 2). Drilling into the foam front is necessary to allow room for the new extended splash panel bracket screws to be installed.

NEW BRACKET HOLES
NOTE: Figure 2 shows where the new brackets go compared to the existing brackets. Existing brackets still need to be removed as instructed in step 2. FIGURE 2
4. Install the new extended splash panel brackets with a phillips head screwdriver using the provided screws into the bottom 2 holes drilled out in step 3 (FIGURE 3). 5. Install the extended splash panel using a phillips head screwdriver to tighten the flat head screws into the new brackets.
