Grandparent Day: Save the Date
On Friday, October 6, JVCS is inviting grandparents of students in K-6th grade to come to school for a morning of activities. School will be released at 11:30 so you can take your grandchild to lunch. More details to come.
Yearbooks for Sale
The 2016-17 yearbooks can be purchased in the office for $25.00. The yearbook is a great pictorial record of the students and events of the 2016-17 school year. Stop to pick up your copy today. Last year’s graduates your yearbooks can be picked up in the office also.

One Spot Left to Fill in the Kitchen
A kitchen aide is needed every other Thursday beginning at 10:15. This person would help with serving and clean up. Please let us know if you are interested by contacting Caroline Waldner at the school 352-7737.
Viking Card Volunteer
Are you looking for a way to fulfill your volunteer hours? The athletic department is in need of one or more volunteers to take charge of the Viking card. The Viking cards are sold by student athletes and the proceeds benefit the athletic department. For more information please contact Darwin Hofer at [email protected] or call 605-352-7737.
JVCS Athletic Dept. Offers Season Passes
The athletic department is selling season passes to home games this year. The cost of the pass covers admission for one adult to all regular season home games. Passes can be purchased in the office or at the first home game. Soccer Season Pass $25 Volleyball Season Pass $30 Basketball Season Pass $40 All Sport Season Pass $90
Come to Chapel
You are invited to a Missions Chapel on Friday, September 15 at 8:15 am. Students who participated in summer mission work will share about their experiences. JVCS families and friends are encouraged to come listen to the students speak.
