I would like take opportunity to introduce the executive committee of Jersey United Soccer Club Spartans: Martin Brown is the President and CEO Dennis Jackson is the club’s Director of Coaching Please find attached several forms that must be completed and emailed back to us along with a copy of your player’s birth certificate and 1 passport sized photographs (please write your player’s name on the back of the photographs, please give the second photo to your coach).
