LAKOTA WEST ATHLETIC SPORTS PASS 2015-2016 Family passes are specific to each high school. Family passes will be honored at any HOME junior high, freshman, or high school athletic event. East family passes will be honored for HOME events for East Freshman, Liberty Jr. and Hopewell Jr. West passes will be honored for West Freshman, Ridge Jr. & Plains Jr. NO CROSSOVERS ARE PERMITTED. Passes are not honored at any away contests, GMC Tournaments or OHSAA sponsored Tournaments. Family passes are nontransferable. ID’s will be required to be shown when using your pass. A replacement cost of $1.00 will be assessed for passes lost or mutilated. Family passes are for immediate family members only. For upgrades, take your East pass to Lakota West, pay the additional fee and receive a West All Sports Pass. Below is a registration form to purchase a pass.
