Verification
Details A campus organization is any recognized student organization/club that is not Phi Kappa Tau. A community organization is any 501(c) notfor-profit organization. If asked for a roster of current organization/club members, the member will be on that roster. Being a frequent volunteer does not count. A member of the campus/community organizations’ officer board or a chairman for a committee. Internships and work-study programs also count for Campus/Community Involvement. A Roster Involvement form (attached) must be filed at the end-of-the year. The Chapter Advisor and Fraternity and Sorority Advisor must sign-off on this document.
