AGENDA Wednesday, October 19th, 2016 @7:00PM 16 Mile House, 448 Broadway, Millbrae Approval of September’s meeting minutes Division Coordinators – current status/coach coverage/unassigned players • U5 (Jeff Spicker) • U6 (Gary Post) • U8 (Lac De Souza) • U10 (Dominique Foy) • U12B (Mike Marano) • U12G (Nate Osgood) • U14 (Pat Mauro) • U16-19 (Lili Johnson) Old Business: • Future date/location for Regional Board Meetings o Is having a meeting on 11/16 useful, or should we move it up to the proceeding week? • Player rating meeting for 10/25 at Chetcuti Room, and creation of team formation committee for next year • Millbrae Cup – date, seeding, awards, etc. (postponed from September). • San Bruno Turkey Tournament coming up 11/27 – 11/28. o Regular registration deadline 10/21, with final deadline 10/31 • Planning for end-of-year party – finalize location New Business: • Vote on reconfiguring U10 field • Winter league planning – budget, website, recruitment, ref coverage • Spring league planning – teams, recruitment • New RC selection committee • EXPO o 3/3 - 3/5, Rio Hotel, Las Vegas Nevada o Goal is to have ALL board members attend Reports: RC (Sam Habash) • Area report – organizational changes • Report on game rescheduling due to rainouts RRA (Sherman Lam) RCA (Dominique Foy) Treasurer (John Lee) Registrar (Wendy Little) CVPA (Craig Robson)
