AGENDA Wednesday, March 16th, 2016 @7:00PM Millbrae Park and Recreation Center Conference Room “A” Introductions Approval of February’s meeting minutes Old Business • Modify Standard Regional Policies and Procedures • Spring League updates: field lining for U10G 4/4 game New Business - Registration Planning • Will open registration on eAYSO sometime in April. • Signage / Advertising o Field banners, still waiting on City to notify final approval o Lawn signs to put up in April o Fridge magnets / postcards? o Flyers to elementary schools for approval / distribution • Burlingame Dragons tickets $5/ea. for 6/4 opening game event, organize a bunch of kids (Winter/Spring league participants?) for participation? • Volunteer BBQ (May/June) - Team Formation Planning • Volunteer to input ratings need by team formation – Sam will train. - Financial planning • No rate increases planned, or raise by $5? • Budget meeting – sometime in April, separate to normal regional meeting. - U16 boys: national games (Sanita Thomas, 8:15PM) Reports: RC (Sam Habash) – Area report RRA (Sherman Lam) – PCSSL coverage, intermediate ref class RCA (Lou Skyriotis) • Spring League Division Coordinators • U5 (Jeff Spicker) • U6 (Lac De Souza) • U8 (Dominique Foy) • U10 (Michael Marano)
