AGENDA July 16th, 2014 @7:00PM Millbrae Park and Recreation Center Conference Room “C” Introductions: Approval of last month’s meeting minutes Old Business: • (Succession Planning – carried over from April) -- Positions Open: U6 coordinator. Update: Patricia Setser has taken this position on and should be at the August meeting. Snack bar coordinator position still open. • Volunteer registration. All board members/coaches will need to be up-to-date in eAYSO! • ACS Relay For Life. I’ve created a Millbrae AYSO team and have sent out an announcment, will hand out info and will hope that you can sign up or find others to join our team on 7/26. • AYSO mixer? There was considerable enthusiasm for the idea, but maybe best to hold this midseason? New Business: • Opening night (9/5). Planning and coordination. o Team positioning / signage o Ideas for food. Jamba Juice? Get permit approval for Millbrae Lions? o Bring the balloon arch back? o DJ / PA system • Team formation status. Reports: RC (Sam Habash) • Equipment ordering complete. Uniforms, Balls, field paint, etc. will start arriving next Monday/Tuesday to Sam’s house. Schedule date for get-together to organize, maybe late next week? • Update on field status for both Taylor & Mills. • Steve and Lou are out, so will update on planning to fix goals in August. • U6/U8/U10 schedules to be done by August 18th.
