Revenue sources from 5K, non profit Bingo, concessions, Memberships, Spirit Shop, Bash. We currently have no long term liabilities, waiting for back gym netting invoice. Currently have 27K bank. Concessions: Looking for students to help with Spring concessions. If you know anyone interested contact Mary Beth for interview. Spirit Shop: Nothing new to report. Memberships : No new memberships for this month. Hope to see increase with Spring Rosters to be set soon. . Team reports : No team reports this month in lieu of Lakota Board Community conversation for meeting. Bash: Date is 4/1/17 at the Elks Golf Club. Tickets now available see Jeff Harper if you have not already picked yours up. We will have live band – 3 Piece Revival. Fall teams need to have basket money to Michelle by end of January, Winter teams by 2/14 and Spring teams by end of February. Attendance was down last year.. please push and encourage your teams to attend. It is a fun event. Gently remind them that money for baskets are a fundraiser. Live auction idea – personal chef come to house and cook for dinner party. Team Requests: Tabling Golf request one more time – Rich and Coach Combs are discussing final details before we vote.
Team Requests: Coach McEwan is requesting a Smart Speed light lazer gates on behalf of Girls Soccer, Boys Soccer and Track. Each team will contribute $600 (girls soccer $700) and requesting from Boosters $600.00. Approved by unanimous vote. Boys & Girls Golf had requested a swing simulator several months ago. All research has been approved and the request for $4500.00 will go to a vote. Ballot vote in favor was unanimous. AD Requests:preparing for future projects:Lockers rooms in gym, Composite netting for volleyball, Weight Room improvements, new mats for Wrestling room.
