Step 1 — Connector ribbon/inside screen cover
Pull at top of faceplate, and it will pop off.
Unscrew four screws on front cover.

Slide out metallic silver cover.
This piece is wedged in tight. Try to slide out one hook at a time, instead of both simultaneously.

Use a tool to wedge in between the silver and black parts on the cover.
Silver part should now snap off.

Black rubber part may now be easily removed.
Use a soldering iron to disconnect the connector ribbon from the phone.

Step 7 — Keypad
Locate the four screws on the back of the phone.
Using your T6 Torx Screwdriver, unscrew these screws.
Remove the SIM card located on the back of the phone.
A ribbon near the antenna is still attached to the motherboard. Do not break this ribbon. Step 8 — Motherboard
Unclip the pronged rectangle connector ribbon attached to the motherboard.
Remove the motherboard.

Step 9 — Screen and Connector Ribbon
Now that the ribbon is loose, the screen (white part) can swing away.
Some of the black "tape" can be peeled back, but the screen is still attached. More work may be required to fully separate this part.

Step 10
Slide out the part of the connector ribbon that was just attached to the motherboard through this narrow slot in the phone.
This is a tight fit. Be careful to not tear the ribbon while maneuvering it through this slot.
The entire connector ribbon unit can now be removed from the phone.
