Na Hoa Registration Process

Na Hoa Registration Process Registration for Nā Hoa is ongoing. Those players who do not register at the beginning of the season but wish to join mid season can do so by completing the following steps: -Fill and print HYSA membership form (found in FORMS tab on nahoa website) (Make sure to sign where signature is required & fill in phone number to text as well as email address. This is how coaches and team parents will communicate with you.) -Mail 1) Completed HYSA membership form, 2) Copy (does not need to be official copy) of player's birth certificate, 3) Check for club fee ($90 for Fall, $145 for Spring season) made out to Nā Hoa o Puna Soccer Club to: Attn: Nā Hoa Registrar 17-320 Palaʻai St. Keaʻau, HI 96749 -Text headshot photo of player as well as first and last name to 808-960-2846. Once payment and all paperwork is received, the process of registering the player will begin and may take up to 2 weeks. If paperwork is incomplete, the player will not be processed. DO NOT send partially completed paperwork.
