We don't want to charge riders late fees BUT due to the large number of riders entering then scratching before the event and not paying FEES riders are asked to make sure payment is made BY CLOSE OF ENTRY After close of entry FULL PAYMENT OF FEES WILL BE SORT IF YOU SCRATCH.
SCRATCHINGS/REFUNDS: CNC Classes Scratching’s after Close of entry are excepted up to 48hours prior to the event, riders can apply for an 80% refund of entry fee only This request for refund must be done in writing.
All Venue Fees are non refundable after close of entries.
This event is part of the 2015-16 ESNZ Eventing Series
DEFINITIONS: Registration with ESNZ and ESNZ Eventing – to ride at our One Day Event all riders require an ESNZ Full Human Membership – first year membership is free. HORSES - require Full ESNZ Membership or if in CNC 105 class can pay a $5 Casual (Day start levy) and a $15 flexi start. Non registered horses in Combined Training classes will require a $5 Casual Horse Registration.
