We were extremely saddened this week to hear more of the events surrounding the death of Jardin Elliott. It is a reminder to us all that death is not reserved only for the elderly and that relationships and opportunities should not be taken for granted.
We remember his family as they go through this confusing time of grief and ask that God will bring a sense of His peace to the situation. Many of us have things going on and my prayer is that God will bless you also and give you the peace that we each one crave.

JUST EAT IT. Kiwi Community Assistance (KCA) is a registered charity run solely by volunteers, to help families in need throughout Wellington. They are holding a fundraiser, and as they contribute largely to our Foodbank, we’d like to advertise their event and spread the word!

‘Just Eat It’ is a chance to learn more about the problem of food waste and what you can do about it. Wellington’s ‘Love Food Hate Waste’ team will be there to answer your questions with Master Chef’s Elizabeth Marshall whipping up some delicious canapés made from NZ’s top 10 wasted foods! Date: 1st August Place: Pauatahanui Lighthouse Cinema Time: 8pm Cost: $15
The Marriage Course Spend time together as a couple learning practical tools to improve and strengthen your relationship. 7 week course Starting on the 29th July – 9th September Friday Nights – 7.15-9.30pm $90 per couple Contact Heather or Shane Cotter for more information: [email protected] 027 636 3118
