Meeting brought to order @ 8:15 pm Decisions: Approved: minutes from April Open Action Items: Miguel Cora, President: Approve minutes from April: motion to approve John Cannon, 2 nd Pete Travel coaches application, Travel committee will need to have a meeting to approve coaches, need a full slate of coaches before Board approves Try-out: try-out dates, 1st week of June, before school ends Not extending In-House to date; conflicts w/Travel make-ups & try-outs John Cannon, Vice President: No foursomes registered for golf outing, yet $100 to sponsor a hole need names of golfers for flyer Aces will cater buffet Beth Hayes, Treasurer: emailed report to Board Members Colleen Hayes, Secretary: No Report Registrar- OPEN: No Report Pete Meckes, Director of Referees & Schedules: Rescheduling 57 games: 37 Travel, 20 In-House, not as bad as a few seasons in the past

AASL extending season to 6/16 NOGSL extending season to 6/17 Miguel: can we use players from lower age groups in order to field teams for make-up games Ken Janosek, Director of Public Relations: Teams: 33 registered Sponsor Cedar Fair Arnold will send out 1 more e-mail blast Miguel: WIST will put our add in program Ken: Facebook has 77 “likes” posting information on website & Facebook page scheduling for NOSO Cup OPEN, Director of In-House: Tom Hatfield, Director of Tournaments: NOSO Cup, June 13-17, coaches, please pass out brochures Monday night meeting: Marty will give list of vendors to John Cannon. Cannon will be in charge of vendors for NOSO Cup Jennifer Mcquire, when can we order- coaches shirts, bags for coaches Mary Dion will be in charge of age group coordinators Adidas will provide shirts w/logo; balls $17.50 Miguel: can shop around for balls Adidas receives full-page ad in program Miguel: 20 Cleveland Kicker teams teams need to recruit competition to participate in the NOSO Cup still being hurt by the Continental Cup, NOSO Travel teams, including Excalibur teams not supporting NOSO Cup TX team want to camp, can we look into obtaining permission for them to camp at NORC or North Olmsted Park Registration will be at the Radisson contact Plain Dealer about putting in an article about the Cup Matt Steinmetz, Director of Fields: No Report John Loftus, Boys Travel Director: No Report Cindy Salazar/Rachel Dunn, Girls Travel Co-Director: Coaches should do Kidsafe ASAP, the process will go more quickly than right before season

Other Business: Joe Becker & Scott Rocko (sp?) requesting funds to help defer the cost of ODP Regional Camps for 7 players from the area. In the past NOSO has supported players attending ODP camps. With no more business, motion to adjourn by John Cannon, 2nd by Pete, meeting adjourned 9:24 pm
