Noble, Jr. President/Alderman-at-Large Kingston Common Council 420 Broadway Kingston, NY 12401 Dear President Noble, Mobilitie has approached the City of Kingston to enter into a Rights-of-Way and Pole Attachment Agreement between the two parties. Mobilitie wishes to access certain portions of the public rights-of-way within the City’s boundaries to provide communications services. As you will see from the enclosed agreement, Mobilitie will pay the City a one-time permit fee in the amount of $500. I respectfully request that this matter be referred to the appropriate committee. I will be in attendance at said committee meeting in order to review the terms and conditions of this agreement and answer any questions. Thank you for your consideration.
