Narrative: The victim in this case is now an adult. The victim reported to the Placerville Police Department that she was the victim of continual sexual abuse when she was a young child. She said the crime took place approximately 15 years ago and she named the suspect as Burmley. The investigation led to the arrest of Burmley from his Newtown Road address.
