Policy and Acknowledgment Military Leave If you are called for duty in an active National Guard, U.S. Reserve, or similar military unit, the Company will grant you appropriate military leave in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. Notify your supervisor as soon as possible. The Larry H. Miller Group of Companies complies with the provisions outlined in the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA). The Group will pay the difference between the service person’s rate of pay and the employee’s rate of pay for service personnel who are not “actively” deployed, and will include such terms of duty such as “summer camp,” or intermittent duty.
