progress on various elements of implementation  Four Key Implementation Steps:  Information collection (Ridership projection, running times/operating plan)

 Public Review & Comment  Infrastructure  South County (SolTrans): Highway 37 & Fairgrounds, Sereno and Vallejo Transit Centers  North County (FAST): Solano College Fairfield, Solano College Vacaville  Sacramento (FAST): Stop upgrades and layover location

 78 Renamed Route B (Gold)  Routing in Contra Costa County TBD  Recommend reducing to one terminal at BART

 For infrastructure timing reasons, Route B happens Summer 2018 while

Route A is delayed to no later than Summer of 2019.

KEY INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT: ROUTE A HIGHWAY 37 @ FAIRGROUNDS  Route 85 Currently travels on streets through Vallejo, 20 minutes running time

from Fairgrounds Drive at Six Flags to Vallejo Transit Center  With inline stop, running time expected to be reduced 6-12 minutes

ROUTE B OPTIONS  Vallejo/Benicia  Minimal stops, highest speed, longest walk distances  Reduced stops, higher speed  Add 5th Benicia stop

 Concord/Sunvalley Mall/Diablo Valley College  All service operates on Contra Costa Blvd, AM westbound, PM eastbound  Most service operates on Contra Costa Blvd, AM westbound, PM eastbound; Limited

trips directly serve DVC and operate AM eastbound, PM westbound
