In an effort to be fair and equitable, the following refund policy has been established by the Board of Directors. Parents must realize that the club incurs costs the moment you register your child to play, therefore: RUSH COMPETITIVE LEAGUE U10-U19 *No refund of the $85 player registration fee for the competitive Rush program. If families choose to withdraw from the program and have completed payment already toward their players account, they are able to request in writing, the following amounts: • Prior to first team practice: full refund of program fee except for registration fee. • After first team practice, prior to first game, partial refund of 75% of program fee (less the registration fee) will be issued. • No refunds for withdrawals after First Game. *Case by case refunds may be reviewed by the Board of Directors upon written request sent to [email protected]. RUSH RECREATIONAL LEAGUE (4 TO 8 YEARS OLD) AND RUSH JUNIOR ACADEMY (9 TO 12 YEARS OLD) *No refund of the $15 player registration fee • Prior to first game, full refund of program fee except for registration fee. • No refunds for withdrawals after First Game. *Case by case refunds may be reviewed by the Program Director and/or Board of Directors upon written request sent to [email protected].
