Additional Road Closure Information The Chicago Police Department and Office of Emergency Management & Communication (OEMC) will be enforcing road closures and managing traffic around the race course. Streets will reopen once OEMC deems them safe to do so.
Michigan Avenue Southbound Michigan Ave between Van Buren St and 31st Street will remain open during the entirety of the event. Northboud Michigan Ave will remain open north of Van Buren St and south of 31st St.
Lake Shore Drive Northbound and Southbound will remain open during the entirety of the event. Northbound traffic between 39th St and 31st will be reduced to two lanes.
Grant Park All roads through Grant Park will be closed to vehicle traffic during the entirety of the event.

Use the Stevenson/I-55 Eastbound. Exit at Martin Luther King Dr. (last entrance to access East of Michigan Ave is State Street)
From North or Southbound Lakeshore Drive, use the Stevenson/I-55 Westbound. Exit at Martin Luther King Dr. (Please note that Randolph, Eastbound Roosevelt Rd, and 31st St entrances will be closed)
OUTBOUND from the area bordered by: Michigan Ave., Lakeshore Dr., Roosevelt Rd.& 31st St.
Use the Stevenson/I-55 Westbound. Exit at State Street. (last entrance to access West of Michigan Ave is Martin Luther King Dr.)
