IMPORTANT-----READ MANUAL FIRST Improper site preparation, Assembly and Maintenance may invalidate warranty and cause unnecessary and costly mistakes. If you have any questions contact your local dealer. For User Friendly assembly we have identified each individual component with the part code as indicated in the parts list. Please refer to the part code numbers and drawing to ensure problem free assembly. It’s necessary to tighten the roof fabric enough to avoid "hammocks" on the roof and also re-tighten once or twice again after a few months of use. This is important when assembly in cold weather (autumn and winter) because the fabric is stiff then and when we got the sun and warm weather afterwards it will make the fabric "slack" again and need to be re-tighten before next winter. It’s the owners responsibility to take of snow immediately if not slide off by itself.
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ASSEMBLY 1. Keep work area clean. Cluttered areas invite injuries. Do not set up near snow drifts, in slippery places, in high winds, or wet location. 2. Keep children away. All children should be kept away from the work area. 3. Don’t over reach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. 4. Do not assemble if under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Read warning labels on prescriptions to determine if your judgment or reflexes are impaired while taking drugs. If there is any doubt. Do not assemble. 5. Be aware of possible windy conditions; fasten the bases in concrete if these conditions are likely to occur. Remove the cover during hurricane. 6. Be careful with power and heat sources. Do not keep heat sources near the tarpaulin. Do not expose to open flame. 7. Be aware of personal safety during assembly and use. Be careful not to pinch fingers with clips and tubes when assembling: when using makes sure there is adequate ventilation for exhaust and other dangerous fumes.

INSTALLATION PROCESS A---BASE INSTALLATION Please refer to the diagram (Figure 2) to place the base plates:
Figure 2 1. The measurement is from center to center of the tube holder on the base plates. Please note it is different of the base plates on the 4 corners and inside, as well as the direction of the plates, that is the tube holder should be outmost and the winch on the base plates face inside. ENSURE THE FOUNDATION IS SQUARE. 2. There are two holes on the plates, one for earth auger and one for stake peg. Method of placing earth auger 1. Mark the auger hole through the base plate by using stake peg. Move the base plates away and the mark determines where the auger will be. 2. Use the Handle Kit supplied to turn the auger into ground. Leave sufficient shaft over the ground. Now place the base plates onto the auger through the holes and tighten the washer and nuts through the thread over the shaft over the base plates.
4
Note: The earth auger and stake pegs apply for normal conditions, not suitable to the rock ground, ground frozen soil, concrete or asphalt.
B---FRAME INSTALLATION 1. Please refer to the Figure 1 the frame sketch for frame assembly. Connect each one arch by double bolts M8x60 (no.15). Put one end of the arch into the other plate opposite and fasten them by the double bolts. DO NOT install the bolts on the top of the truss where the cover (fabric) will rest. NOTE: The arches at ends are different to the ones inside. 2. Lift another assembled arch into the base plates and connect the assembled two arches by purlins (part code 4). There are 5 pcs of purlins between each section. 3. By this way, install another arch and then connect them by purlins. There are five arches and five groups of the purlins. You may refer to Figures 1 to find where the parts are when you are doing this. 4. Refer to Figure 1, find the correct parts for the back panel
C---COVER INSTALLATION, Roof Cover, Front and Back Cover Note: DO NOT install the cover onto the frame of your building in high wind conditions. A light breeze is best for cover installation. To take advantage of the breeze, pull the cover up over the arches with the breeze blowing in the cover…like a sail filled with air. 1. Roll out the roof cover on a ground sheet. Align the cover evenly to each end of the frame. The notches in the roof cover line up with the winch on the base plates. 2. Pull the cover over the frame evenly. Insert the tensioning tubes (no.22) into the cover pipe pockets and loosely secure the Belts (no.24) in the Winch. BE SURE DOING NOT TIGHTEN NOW. Adjust the cover so that it is square and evenly centered on the frame. NOTE: The end flaps must overhand evenly at both ends.
5
3. Install the front (with zips) and back cover to the frame by Nylon Tie. Please note Figure 3, Front Panel assembly for front cover assembly. 4. Tension ends of the roof cover to get longitude tension and tie the rope inside the end folds to the ring on the four corners of the base plates. Then tension the sides with the winch. Look at it as you work so as to provide even Tension of the fabric.
Note: There are 3 zips for front cover. With different methods of rolling them up, the doors can be fully opened or half opened.
Now congratulations on the fulfillment of your assembly. 6
