Sports Physicals For all elementary through high school students who require a sports physical Provided by

Scott Bilyeu, MD, CAQSM, Sports and Family Medicine and the St. Mary’s AthletiCare staff.

Physicals will be done at the following schools: Argenta Oreana High School

Mon., June 1

4-7 pm

St. Teresa High School

Wed., June 3

3-7 pm

Meridian High School

Wed., June 10

4-7 pm

Decatur Christian School

Thurs., June 11

4:30-6 pm



*Make up Physicals at Family & Sports Medicine Decatur 2965 N. Main St., Decatur, IL June 19 & July 31 from 1-5 pm $25 per student. Checks payable to: HSHS Medical Group
