Entries close 20 November or when classes are full. Ribbons to 4th. Give age of rider for Combined Training in comments on Equestrian Entries form. Entry fees: Ground fee $10 per horse; first aid fee $5 per rider; + on-line fees—all payable once for the day. Fees for individual events given below. Riders and horses may enter both events. Combined training--$35 + online fee. (Includes ground and first aid fees.) Scored as for eventing—lowest dressage penalties + clear round SJ. NZPCA/Eventing NZ rules for dressage and SJ apply—no callers for 95cm or whips for any dressage. Dressage tests run in 20 x 40 arena. Entry fees due on entry. Unpaid entries will not be entered in the draw. Second Combined Training entry (same horse/rider) will be scored H/C. Show Jumping--$10 per round (+ online, ground fee, and first aid fees--payable once; $10 per round per horse/rider combination thereafter). Run under ESNZ Show Jumping rules. Blackboard order. Maximum 3 SJ rounds per horse for the day (including combined training).

Refunds—80% of entry fee up until 20th November. After November 20th must accompanied by a vet/doctor certificate. Cancellation of event due to bad weather will be in full, minus $5 to cover on-line fee and administration. Helmets must be worn when mounted and meet the 1 August 2017 NZPCA/ESNZ standard and carry the official NZPCA/ESNZ red tag. Protests must be made in writing within 30 minutes of the incident and accompanied by $30 fee which will be returned if upheld. Yards. Horses are to be kept in yards—no horses to be tied to floats/trucks. Hay and manure to be removed from yards before leaving. Possible changes: The organizing committee reserve the right to alter conditions, schedule, and timetable. Classes may be split and times are approximate. Riders (Parent/Guardian): submitting an entry means you agree to abide by the conditions.
