Cutting Instructions Please note: all strips are cut across the width of fabric (WOF) from selvage to selvage edge unless otherwise noted. From the Panel - Blue (A), cut: • (1) panel approximately 30 ½” x 38”. From the Footprint - Blue (B), cut: • (2) 2 ½” x 38” strips. • (2) 2 ½” x 34 ½” strips. From the Dot - Yellow (C), cut: • (3) 4 ⅞” x width of fabric (WOF) strips. Sub-cut into (20) 4 ⅞” squares. Cut the squares across one diagonal to make (40) triangles. From the Footprint - Beige (D), cut: • (2) 5 ¼” x WOF strips. Sub-cut into (10) 5 ¼” squares. Cut the squares across both diagonals to make (40) triangles. From the Footprint - Green (E), cut: • (2) 5 ¼” x WOF strips. Sub-cut into (10) 5 ¼” squares. Cut the squares across both diagonals to make (40) triangles. From the Plaid - Blue (F), cut: • (6) 2” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together, end to end on a diagonal, and cut (2) 2” x 48 ½” strips and (2) 2” x 43 ½” strips. From the Dino Allover - Blue (G), cut: • (6) 4 ½” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together, end to end on a diagonal, and cut (4) 4 ½” x 51 ½” strips. From the Stripe - Blue (H), cut: • (6) 2 ½” x WOF strips for the binding. From the Dino Allover - Beige (Backing), cut: • (2) 59” x WOF strips for the backing. Sew the strips together and trim to make the 59” x 67” back.

Sewing Instructions 1. Sew (1) 2 ½” x 38” Fabric B strip to each side of the 30 ½” x 38” Fabric A panel. Sew (1) 2 ½” x 34 ½” Fabric B strip to the top and to the bottom of the Fabric A panel. Trim the block to 32 ½’ x 40 ½” to complete the center panel.

Quilt Top Assembly Refer to the Quilt Photo while assembling. 4. Sew (5) Left CDE blocks and (5) Right CDE blocks together to make one side border. Repeat to make a second side border. Sew the borders to each side of the center panel.

2. Follow Figure 1 and sew (1) Fabric C triangle, (1) Fabric D triangle and (1) Fabric E triangle together to make one Left CDE block. Repeat to make (20) Left CDE blocks total.

5. Sew (5) Left CDE blocks and (5) Right CDE blocks together to make the top border. Repeat to make the bottom border. (NOTE: Pay attention to the orientation of the corner blocks.) Sew the borders to the top and bottom of the center panel to make the quilt top.

E D Fig. 1 3. Follow Figure 2 and sew (1) Fabric C triangle, (1) Fabric D triangle and (1) Fabric E triangle together to make one Right CDE block. Repeat to make (20) Right CDE blocks total.

6. Sew (1) 2” x 48 ½” Fabric F strip to each side of the quilt top. Sew (1) 2” x 43 ½” Fabric F strip to the top and to the bottom of the quilt top. 7. Sew (1) 4 ½” x 51 ½” Fabric G strip to each side of the quilt top. Sew (1) 4 ½” x 51 ½” Fabric G strip to the top and to the bottom of the quilt top. 8. Layer and quilt as desired. 9. Sew the (6) 2 ½” x WOF Fabric H strips together, end to end with 45-degree seams, to make the binding. Fold this long strip in half lengthwise with wrong sides together and press. 10. Bind as desired.
