“Junior High Skills Camp for boys entering 7th -9th grade May 31 –June 2” Time: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Cost: $60 Includes: T-shirt, Camp Insurance and Take Home Workout Pamphlet Campers will receive individual skill workouts, plyometric training, defensive technique training and speed/agility training from the Southwest Men’s Basketball Coaching Staff, area high school coaches and current/former Southwest student-athletes. Each camper will learn fun, new and exciting drills/techniques that they can perform at home by himself or with a friend. Our “Skills Camp” is designed to encourage kids to have fun playing the game of basketball and gain knowledge on how to improve their basketball abilities. Each day camper will also compete against each other in drills and contests. Campers will each receive a camp T-shirt and a workout pamphlet designed to challenge each camper as they strive to improve their skills.
